Project Overview
The Ferndale Park Sports Field Upgrade was delivered to enhance the quality, durability, and usability of the existing playing surface. The project focused on improving drainage performance, turf condition, and irrigation efficiency to support increased community use while providing a safe and reliable surface for year-round play.
Scope Of Works
Works included site preparation and regrading of the playing field, installation of a subsurface drainage system, and construction of an improved turf profile. A new automated irrigation system was installed to ensure efficient water distribution. New sports lights. The surface was finished with high-quality turf and completed with an establishment period, along with associated civil and ancillary works to deliver a fully functional sports field.
