Founder and Managing Director of Global Turf Projects, Garry started out as a greenskeeper in the 1990s and has built more than 30 years of sports turf maintenance and construction experience into one of Australia's leading turf and construction businesses. He has delivered large-scale and complex projects for local councils and private clients, including new builds and renovations with budgets exceeding $50 million, and is committed to honest, reliable and cost-effective solutions without ever compromising on quality. ​ Qualifications: Diploma in Building and Construction, Diploma in Horticulture Turf, Certificate IV in Project Management.

Julie is Global Turf Projects' Chief Financial Officer, bringing more than 30 years' leadership experience across construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, local government and service industries. She leads the company's finance, corporate services, governance, human resources, payroll, risk management and business transformation functions, partnering with the executive team, Boards, auditors and financiers to support strategic decision-making and organisational growth. Since joining Global Turf in 2022, Julie has strengthened governance, reporting and financial control frameworks, improved forecasting and cash flow management, and built a high-performing corporate services team supporting the business through sustained growth. Qualifications: Master of Business Administration (MBA), Victoria University; Associate Status (ASA), CPA Australia; Associate Diploma of Biomedical Science, RMIT.

Darren is a specialist project manager with more than 25 years' experience in the turf and construction industry across Australia, the UK and the USA. He is responsible for managing, planning and overseeing Global Turf projects from beginning to end in line with client specifications and Australian standards, and has built a strong track record for high-quality client outcomes and successful, professional working relationships throughout his career.

Janaka is a disciplined, focused and proactive civil estimator with 10 years' experience in estimating, cost control and project management across civil infrastructure and sports field projects. He supports Global Turf Projects with high-standard estimates and detailed project planning from early-stage tendering through to practical completion, working closely with construction managers and the Managing Director, and brings advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and estimation software alongside strong knowledge of civil construction principles and Australian standards. Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying & Construction Management (Hons), Higher National Diploma in Quantity Surveying & Construction Management, AutoCAD Certified Professional, White Card. Member, AACE International.

Jonathan is Global Turf Projects' Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) Manager, bringing over 20 years of leadership, project management and construction industry experience across Australia and the United Kingdom. He is responsible for driving the company's health, safety, quality and compliance objectives, ensuring every project is delivered in line with legislative requirements, client expectations and industry best practice, developing and implementing WHS systems, managing subcontractor compliance, conducting risk assessments and leading site safety initiatives across the business. Qualifications: Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety, HR (Heavy Rigid) Driver Licence, White Card, First Aid and Fire Warden Certification, High Risk Work Licence (Forklift/Plant & Machinery). Member, Australian Institute of Health & Safety (AIHS).

Adam is one of our Team Leaders. He is specialist with more than 20 years in the turf and construction industry in Australia, Adam is responsible for managing, planning and overseeing a wide range of different projects from beginning to end following client specifications, Australian standards. This coupled with the establishment of high-quality client satisfaction that has paved a way in creating successful and professional relationships with Global Turf Projects clients. Some of his personal qualities are accountable and self-driven, proactive and self-motivated, diplomatic with ability to influence positively.
